Acquires Pollen Gear, a leading producer of premium, customizable child-resistant packaging solutions

Acquires Eyce, the industry’s leading silicone based consumer goods brand

Enters into a definitive merger agreement with KushCo

Founded by two Stanford Design Program graduates, San Francisco-based PAX Labs, Inc. was developed with the mission of making smoking obsolete.
