Leased our first self-managed warehouse in Boca Raton, FL

Enhanced bi-coastal fulfillment capabilities by adding a distribution facility in Nevada; LoCascio and Schoenfeld merge their independent businesses

Entered into a distribution agreement with PAX Labs, introducing the Pax Vaporizer into our product portfolio; Added a distribution facility in New Jersey

Founded by two Stanford Design Program graduates, San Francisco-based PAX Labs, Inc. was developed with the mission of making smoking obsolete.
